This luxury Kensington apartment refurbishment transformed an outdated ground and lower-ground property into a bright and contemporary family home.

Careful excavation and structural underpinning works allowed the lower level to be fully reconfigured into comfortable fullheight living accommodation without disrupting neighbouring residents.

Working closely with structural engineers and the client’s interior designer, the layout was completely redesigned to create elegant modern spaces while preserving the character of the original building.

A bespoke spiral wine cellar was also introduced as a unique feature tailored to the client’s lifestyle.
