The scheme involved the redevelopment of elegant Victorian buildings dating from the 1870s into large-format luxury residences aimed at the prime central London market.

One large apartment per floor was fully fitted out to the highest specification and included direct lift access into each home.

Bespoke finished hard wood flooring, marble bathroom and flooring, integrated mood lighting and bespoke
joinery created high end prime finishes for our client.
