Our private client wanted to completely refurbish their house to very high standards.

An unassuming terrace house was converted into a luxurious home after we demolished nearly all the internal walls, lowered the ground floor to offer greater head-height and built an extension to the rear, seamlessly blending in with their neighbours.

Bespoke doors, skirtings and stone staircases complimented the modern design. A sedum roof was created around a statement rooflight over the 3-storey staircase, which was finished with a beautiful metalwork balustrading.

The rear garden was accompanied by a limestone terrace with matching sweeping curved stone staircase rising to the upper ground floor living room.
