Our scope included the full renovation of multiple hotel buildings, and the fit out of new coastal dwellings and holiday lodges which included the following:

Renovation of the existing hotel building Saltmoore House offering 43 five start bedrooms and suites.

The Beach House offering 29-bedrooms for family accommodation.

A state-of-the-art spa, The Sanctuary at Saltmoore, including an indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, cryo-chamber, gym, and six treatment rooms.

Four F&B venues including a gourmet restaurant a brasserie, a wellness café, and a terrace bar. Fit Out to 7 elevated luxury coastal holiday dwellings.
